Well-made skin in good condition; skull perfect.<br />

Tyj)e de<strong>si</strong>gnated by number, skull No. 34731 being figured and marked<br />

"type." Two specimens are listed, the above and a female, No. 19006, also<br />

marked "type," but as there can not be two types of the same sjiecies, it seems<br />

advisable to con<strong>si</strong>iler the second <strong>si</strong>)ecimen as a paratype, the one figured as the<br />

type.
