<strong>for</strong> the <strong>Institute</strong> .<strong>for</strong> <strong>Advanced</strong> <strong>Study</strong>. Presumbly after the first was<br />

considered and rejected, the second was discussed, amended in certain<br />

particulars at the dmors' request, and was incorporated in their mutually-<br />

made wills at the time, <strong>The</strong> third resulted from further negotiatlm In<br />

April, after the return of the donors from z vacation in the West.<br />

By the terms of the first, the donors proposed to devote their<br />

residual estates to a beneficial purpose in education which would neither
