British Telecommunications plc represented by BTexact Technologies (“BT”) which is an
operating division of BT, a public limited company whose registered office is at 81 Newgate
Street, London EC1A 7AJ and registered number is 1800000

Whereas
BT have been commissioned by Light Reading to undertake a series of bench-marking
evaluation tests of a number of optical grooming switches from a range of vendors. The
results of these evaluation tests will be published by Light Reading. The Vendor agrees to
provide BT with the Vendor Equipment as part of the evaluation testing services. BT and the
Vendor have agreed that such services will be provided on the terms and conditions of this
Agreement.
A. The Agreement
A1. This Agreement is subject to Clauses A to C and 1 to 15, and the attached Schedule.
A2 No variations of these Conditions shall have effect unless agreed in writing by a duly
authorised employee of BT and Vendor.
