<strong>Who</strong> <strong>are</strong> <strong>you</strong>?<br />

Every participant takes a paper from the hat so that they<br />

all get a number. Then the facilitator hands out a paper<br />

and pen. Before starting the activity all have to turn their<br />

chairs so that they <strong>are</strong> not facing the group but the walls.<br />

Participants <strong>are</strong> asked to write the number they got and<br />

then to answer all the questions.<br />

The questions <strong>are</strong>:<br />

1. What <strong>are</strong> <strong>you</strong> good at?<br />

2. Describe one feature of <strong>you</strong>r character <strong>you</strong> like very<br />

much.<br />

3. What do other people like about <strong>you</strong>?<br />

4. What <strong>are</strong> <strong>you</strong> good at in school/work?<br />

5. What do <strong>you</strong> stand up for?<br />

While answering the questions <strong>you</strong> can put on some quite<br />

music. When all participants <strong>are</strong> ready the facilitator<br />

collects all answers in his/her hat. Then participants <strong>are</strong><br />

asked to return back to the circle. In a second round<br />

participants take one of the written papers from the hat.<br />

They <strong>are</strong> asked to read it and to find out who that person<br />

is. The guesses should be written on another paper and<br />

one by one they read the answers and sh<strong>are</strong> their<br />

guess with the group (showing the paper and putting<br />

it in front of oneself). This round is followed by another<br />

round where the participants reveal if the guess was<br />

correct or not.<br />

- How was it to answer the questions? What did <strong>you</strong><br />

think?<br />

- Have <strong>you</strong> been honest with <strong>you</strong>rself? Was that<br />

difficult/easy?<br />

- How often do we think about our good / strong sides<br />

in daily life?<br />

- What did <strong>you</strong> learn from this exercise?<br />

For a successful implementation of this method it is<br />

important that the group should know each other a bit.<br />

Wer bist du?<br />

Alle Teilnehmenden nehmen sich einen Zettel aus dem Hut, so dass<br />

sie alle eine Zahl haben. Dann verteilt der/die TrainerIn Papier und<br />

Stifte. Bevor die Übung beginnt, müssen alle ihren Stuhl drehen, so<br />

dass sie nicht die Gruppe, sondern die Wand anschauen.<br />

Die Teilnehmenden werden gebeten ihre Zahl auf das Papier zu<br />

schreiben und dann die Antworten zu den folgenden Fragen:<br />
