With four projects in Paris, one in Frankfurt, one in London and an expanded New York offi ce, HRO continues to look for new opportunities across the main offi ce centres in Europe. HRO is once again poised to take on new projects in the New York Metropolitan areas and select other US cities, in conjunction with The Baupost Group, LLC, its partner on the 16 European projects. In addition, HRO Asset Management LLC has been appointed as the exclusive North American advisor to HausInvest Global Fund, a newly formed German open-end fund, who will be acquiring quality offi ce, retail, hotel and industrial properties in prime North American cities. The Group has a large, well-established direct separate account business throughout Europe and the US. Real Estate Securities The design and execution of the Fund and Separate account strategies focused on the real estate securities market. AEW’s real estate securities business alone, focused on the US REIT market, currently has net assets of close to $3 billion. Capital Market Advisory The creation and implementation of real estate capital market advisory strategies to assist investors in the fi nancing, repositioning, disposition, or syndication of real estate in the private and public capital markets.
