Mr. Lahham has 16 years of real estate investment and<br />
development experience in the United States and Europe.<br />
In 1999, Mr Lahham founded Orion Capital Managers with<br />
Mr Bossom and Mr Stults. Orion Capital Managers is an<br />
international real estate investment fi rm which is wholly owned<br />
by its Principals. Orion has sponsored the Orion European <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> Fund which targets real estate investment opportunities<br />
in Western Europe. With leverage, the Fund has a total<br />
investment capacity in excess of Euro 1.9 Billion. Mr Lahham<br />
leads the acquisition activities of the Fund in Europe.<br />
Frank Lamby is Member of the Board of Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Holding AG (Munich) and Chief Risk Offi cer. After studying Law<br />
in Germany and France, he began his career with Bayerische<br />
Vereinsbank AG in 1986 with his main responsibilities being<br />
corporate clients in Leipzig and risk management for domestic<br />
and international real estate at the headquarters in Munich.<br />
Frank Lamby is 47 years old, born in Bonn, Germany, married<br />

Michael Lange founded the leading <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Advisory<br />
and Investment fi rm Jones Lang LaSalle in Moscow, Russia,<br />
during the early 90’s. Next to his General Management<br />
responsibilities he is directly overseeing and involved in<br />
the Capital Market, Corporate Finance segment, Strategic<br />
Consulting activities, and is an integral part and driving force<br />
behind Moscow, Russia’s growth in the Offi ce-, Retail- and Light<br />
Industrial fragment. Mr Lange has been a recognised Board<br />
Member of the different regions and business lines within<br />
Jones Lang LaSalle and has served on several accounts as an<br />
active Non- Executive director of leading Corporations.<br />

Mr. Lebhar spent the last 8 years with Entenial as Chairman<br />
and CEO of the bank, specialised in the real estate financing.<br />
He joined in 1995 Comptoir des Entrepreneurs, its previous<br />
name, which merged with Banque La Hénin after a successful<br />
turn around. Prior to this position Mr. Lebhar has served in the<br />
French Civil Service and moved in 1984 to the industrial sector<br />
as CFO of Orkem, a chemical group, then as the deputy CEO of<br />
Bull, a leading French-based computer group.<br />

Markus Leininger joined Rheinhyp in 1995 and started his<br />
career in the International Property Lending Department<br />
(UK, Netherlands, Scandinavia). In mid-1997 he took over<br />
responsibility setting up the Central European Property Lending<br />
Division. After opening offi ces in Poland, Czech Republic and<br />
Hungary, he managed a team which concentrates on fi nancing<br />
of all types of large commercial properties (Retail, Offi ces,<br />
Hotels and Distribution Warehouses) in the region. In 2001 he<br />
was managing the set-up process of Rheinhyp’s operations in<br />
North America. Since EUROHYPO’s merger which took place<br />
in September 2002 he is heading the Central and Eastern<br />
European Property Lending Division.<br />
Stefan Lennhammer joined Crown NorthCorp as Chairman in<br />
September 2004 to assist Crown in its European expansion.<br />
Between 1997 and April 2004 he was the Group Chief<br />
Executive of Catella Property Group, during which period<br />
Catella developed from a local real estate advisor in Sweden<br />
to one of the leading fi rms in Europe with presence in 10<br />
countries.<br />

Bertrand Letamendia, 57, ESSEC, is, in Paris, head of real<br />
estate for AGF Group, responsible for strategy, property and<br />
asset management valued at Euro 4,5 billion. He is CEO of AGF<br />
IMMOBILIER and PHENIX IMMOBILIER and director of GECINA,<br />
KLEPIERRE and SOGEPROM. Bertrand began his career in the<br />
real estate development business in the 1970’s at BOUYGUES<br />
Group (7 years) and KAUFMAN & BROAD (15 years). He is a<br />
“basque pelote” player and is fond of yachting.<br />
Seth Lieberman (43) is a Joint Managing Director of Hypo <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> Investment Banking Ltd and has completed European<br />
property transactions in excess of Euro 6.1 billion. On behalf of<br />
Hypo REIB, Mr. Lieberman focuses on bridge loans, mezzanine<br />
finance and complex or highly structured pan-European<br />
property lending opportunities. Prior to joining Hypo REIB, Mr.<br />
Lieberman was an Executive Director of the <strong>Global</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Finance Group of Lehman Brothers. In the late 1990s, Mr.<br />
Lieberman was a Principal of the Praedium Funds, a group of<br />
opportunistic property investment funds associated with Credit<br />
Suisse First Boston. Mr. Lieberman earned a B.A in Economics<br />
from Tufts University.
