Mr. Roth co-founded Secured Capital Corp in 1990, after 10 years on the mortgage trading desks on Wall Street. In 1997, Mr. Roth co-founded two internationally based real estate investment and asset management companies: STAM Europe, in Paris, and Secured Capital Japan, in Tokyo. Mr. Roth recently formed a real estate investment management company to invest in real estate in China. Mr. Roth is a Founding Member and Chairperson of International Finance for Harvard University’s Real Estate Academic Initiative, and a Founding Member of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association. He joined HPE-Group in 1993 as Project Developer and has been Managing Director since 1996. Mr. Stocker was in international project finance at Philip Holzmann AG and became Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1995.
