Jürgen Fenk (38) is Managing Director and member of the<br />
Board of Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Bank International (Dublin), Hypo<br />
<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group’s conduit for high-volume international real<br />
estate fi nancing activities. After studying Business in Germany<br />
and France, Jürgen began his career with the International <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> Finance Division of HVB in Germany, before progressing<br />
to HVB divisions in France and CEE countries. Previous to his<br />
current position, Jürgen was General Manager of HVB REC<br />
France, HVB’s <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance subsidiary in Paris.<br />

Cesare Ferrero has been CEO of IPI S.p.A. (company quoted<br />
at the Stock Exchange) since 2001. He has been a member<br />
of the Board of Directors at Galotti since 1998. Between<br />
1998 and 2001 Mr Ferrero was President of Metropolis S.p.A.<br />
and Grandi Stazioni S.p.A. Cesare Ferrero is a Professor<br />
of <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance at the BOCCONI University, Project<br />
Valuation Architecture at the Politecnico and Master Business<br />
Administration and International Economics and Management<br />
at the Bocconi Business School.<br />
Roger has wide experience in real estate fi nance, investment<br />
and funding. He spent four years with PwC in the UK and<br />
USA, where he specialised in real estate advisory services.<br />
Upon his return to the UK in 2001, Roger assumed the role<br />
of consultant to Teesland plc, working on the creation of<br />
numerous collective investment schemes. Roger was working<br />
at National Australia Bank before joining ABC in July 2004.<br />

After being teaching assistant for economics at the University<br />
of Berne, Luciano Gabriel (1953) spent 15 years at Union<br />
Bank of Switzerland in Zurich, London and Milan, where<br />
he held management positions in Corporate Finance, Risk<br />
Management, International Corporate Banking and Business<br />
Development. Between 1998 and 2002 he was responsible<br />
for Corporate Finance and Group Treasury at Zurich Financial<br />
Services. He joined PSP Swiss Property in spring 2002 as CFO.<br />

Michael Gerlich joined GE <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> in March 2003 and<br />
was appointed Managing Director of the German business in<br />
October 2003. Michael has extensive experience in sourcing,<br />
negotiating, structuring, fi nancing, underwriting and closing<br />
asset and corporate level acquisitions and other transactions<br />
in Germany, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining GE,<br />
Michael was Managing Director of Lend Lease <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Investments GmbH with responsibility for Germany, Austria<br />
and Central Europe, and Managing Director of the company’s<br />
Industrial Property Fund. Michael also supported the corporate<br />
development of Lend Lease in Europe by structuring and<br />
closing several platform joint ventures.<br />

Hartwig Glatzki (birth date: 26.10.1951) graduated from<br />
economic studies as “Betriebswirt” in 1976. The next 5½<br />
years he worked in the mortgage sector (private customers).<br />
He joined RHEINHYP Rheinische Hypothekenbank AG in 1983<br />
(today Eurohypo AG) and was responsible for setting up<br />
operations in the Domestic Commercial Lending Department.<br />
Since 1989 - International Property Lending Department.
