Stam invests with clients having very different risk profi les and manages therefore<br />

very diverse transactions ranging from core portfolios of class A offi ce buildings to<br />

isolated large restructuration deals involving a high level of risks and real estate<br />

added value or structuring complex lease-back transactions.<br />

In order to insure a perfect alignment of interests, Stam will co-invest its own equity<br />

Structuring and management of real estate discretionary funds<br />

Stam structures and manages investment funds specifi cally for institutional or private<br />

high net-worth investors<br />

Stam funds are focused in terms of assets and geography STAM REI is focused on<br />

corporate outsourcings in France and Belgium, STAM SERI is focused on outer-city pan<br />

European retail outlets. These discretionary funds allow and provide co-investment<br />

opportunities for investors. Other funds targeting specifi c opportunities are currently<br />

being structured.<br />

Stam undertakes the strategic, fi nancial and legal design of funds, the raising of<br />

funds, their corporate management, the investment management and the asset<br />

management.<br />

Third Party Asset Management<br />

Stam undertakes the total strategic management of the assets for which it<br />

is responsible. This includes: defi ning the asset and portfolio strategic plan,<br />

implementation and continuous control of third party suppliers (property management,<br />

facilities management, brokers...); implementation of the rental policy, the corporate,<br />

financial and accounting management of the legal entity carrying the asset.<br />

Stam arbitrages continuously , driven by the current market conditions, the life cycle<br />

of the assets and the individual needs of each of its clients and assures monthly or<br />

quarterly reporting to international standards.<br />

Stam offers audit and strategic management advice to owners of existing large<br />

portfolios.<br />

Stam’s clients – very often, large institutions, either French or International – must be<br />

able to know, in real-time, the progress of their investments. Through state-of-the art<br />
