Structuring and management of real estate discretionary funds Stam structures and manages investment funds specifi cally for institutional or private high net-worth investors Stam funds are focused in terms of assets and geography STAM REI is focused on corporate outsourcings in France and Belgium, STAM SERI is focused on outer-city pan European retail outlets. These discretionary funds allow and provide co-investment opportunities for investors. Other funds targeting specifi c opportunities are currently being structured.
