Mr. Liker is a Vice President at JP Morgan, responsible for real<br />
estate investment banking coverage of the UK, Netherlands<br />
and Scandinavia, as well as the European hotel sector. Since<br />
joining JP Morgan in 1999, Mr. Liker has been involved in a<br />
variety of advisory and capital raising transactions for clients<br />
including Walden Residential, RREEF, Aberdeen Property<br />
Investors, Starwood, Rodamco Europe, and InterContinental<br />
Hotels. Before joining JP Morgan, Mr. Liker worked in ABN<br />
AMRO’s Corporate Advisory and Structured Finance divisions<br />
in Singapore and in Chicago. Mr. Liker received his MBA from<br />
Dartmouth College and his BSBA from Washington University<br />
in St. Louis.<br />
Raffaele Lino holds a degree in economics from the L. Bocconi<br />
University in Milan and joined DTZ Investment Advisers in<br />
2001. As Managing Director he is responsible for managing<br />
a team specializing in due-diligence work for opportunity<br />
funds, transaction services for non-property companies and<br />
open-ended funds, investment advisory and valuation for<br />
institutional and private clients. Prior to this he worked as<br />
portfolio manager at FERI <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> and as project manager<br />
at Hines, where he gained extensive knowledge in portfolio and<br />
asset management, property portfolio investments and project<br />

Clive Llewellyn (60) has 36 years experience in commercial<br />
real estate in France. He has been Director of HRO France<br />
since 1997. Prior to his current role, Mr Llewellyn was<br />
Managing Director of Kléber Conseil et Gestion (now<br />
Rodamco Gestion France). Between 1985 and 1995 Clive<br />
Llewellyn was President of Féau Entreprises, the commercial<br />
real estate division of the Féau Group. Prior to this he held<br />
senior roles at Hampton and Sons in France and Llewellyn<br />
Sanders (commercial property developers in France, Spain<br />
and Belgium). Mr Llewellyn was President of the Section des<br />
Conseils en Immobilier d’Entreprise de la FNAIM (commercial<br />
property division of the French real estate federation).<br />
Dennis Lopez is Head of <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Investment Banking<br />
for J.P. Morgan in Europe. He has a broad range of real<br />
estate related experience including: the sale of real estate<br />
companies, property portfolios, public debt and private equity<br />
offerings. Recent assignments include: Vallehermoso takeover<br />
by Sacyr, Banca Popolare di Lodi tender for IIL, France Telecom<br />
property sale, PSP equity offering, Telecom Italia property<br />
sale, Swisscom property sale, Rodamco NV demerger. Mr<br />
Lopez has been active in real estate related public market<br />
transactions working on over 25 public equity offerings raising<br />
$6 bn of capital and over 35 bond/CMBS issuances raising<br />

Esme Lowe is a Director of Capital Trust Limited , a Founder<br />
Partner of Cap<strong>Real</strong> LLP and Managing Director of Midroc <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> AB. Mr Lowe is responsible for the Group’s European<br />
real estate and has in excess of sixteen years experience in<br />
commercial real estate. Prior to joining the Group in 1996,<br />
Mr Lowe worked for Lambert Smith Hampton, Stockbourne<br />
Plc and London and Cambridge Properties. Mr Lowe was<br />
commissioned from Sandhurst in 1982 serving in the<br />
Coldstream Guards. Cap<strong>Real</strong> advises on a European property<br />
Portfolio with a capital value of approx. £300m located in the<br />
UK, France and Sweden.<br />
Eric Maillebiau is a member of EBRD Property & Tourism team.<br />
Transactions that he has led include a $100million senior debt<br />
to help fi nance IKEA Moscow Mega Mall and a Euro 35million<br />
JV with Orco Property Group in MaMaison Résidences. Eric<br />
recently relocated to the EBRD Moscow office to help increase<br />
EBRD’s exposure to the Russian property sector. Eric holds a<br />
PhD from UC Berkeley, and is a graduate of Polytechnique.<br />

Scott Malkin is Chairman of Value Retail, a company that<br />
specialises exclusively in the development and operation<br />
of high quality outlet villages, in architecturally distinctive<br />
settings, serving leading luxury and designer brands. Projects<br />
include Bicester Village, to the northwest of London, as well as<br />
villages serving the catchments of Milan, Barcelona, Madrid,<br />
Brussels/Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and Paris (La Vallée<br />
Outlet Shopping Village at Disneyland Resort Paris). He is a<br />
graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Law School and Harvard<br />
Business School and has lived in London since 1991.<br />
Rajindh Mangat is a partner in the global real estate practice<br />
at Norton Rose. His main areas of general practice are the<br />
property and property fi nance aspects of Islamic real estate<br />
deals as well as being within the local government practice<br />
of the fi rm specialising in PPP/PFI projects, development<br />
work, disposals and acquisitions, regeneration schemes and<br />
infrastructure projects.
