(Jer. XXIX. 11), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward<br />

you, saith the Lord, thought!! of peace and not evil. to<br />

give you an expected end." We are here told that that Mind<br />

is positive in itA relation to man; and "the expected end" iA,<br />

apparently, the ultimate of man's creation, viz., God-likeness.<br />

\Ve see, then, that between God and man, the flr~~t requisite<br />

for mental telegraphy is established in that the Infinite Mind<br />

pi'Ojecta toward man the thought of his existence and the ultimate<br />

purpose of hi11 creation.<br />

Another condition nece1111ary to thought transference is that<br />
