6 MENU MODE OPERATION<br />
D Own Static<br />
This screen shows your static vessel information such as<br />
MMSI code, Vessel Name, Call Sign, Internal/External GPS<br />
antenna position and Type of Ship.<br />
q When the Own Static screen is displayed, push [≈] to select<br />
the next page, or push [Ω] to select the previous page.<br />
w Push [CLEAR] to return to the Menu mode.<br />
D Own Dynamic<br />
This screen shows your dynamic vessel information such as<br />
Latitude and Longitude data, SOG, COG, GPS receiver type,<br />
UTC date and time, PA, RAIM (Receiver Autonomous Integrity<br />
Monitoring) function availability and Latitude and Longitude<br />
error data.<br />
• An internal GPS has no RAIM function. When the internal GPS is<br />
used, “RAIM,” “LAT ERROR” and “LON ERROR” are not displayed.<br />
• An external GPS requires a RAIM function. When the external GPS<br />
is used, “RAIM,” “LAT ERROR” and “LON ERROR” are displayed.<br />
q When the Own Dynamic screen is displayed, push [≈] to<br />
select the next page, or push [Ω] to select the previous<br />

w Push [CLEAR] to return to the Menu mode.<br />

When a non-differential GPS<br />
receiver is connected, PA is<br />
normally ‘L.’ However, if the<br />
values of “LAT ERROR” and<br />
“LON ERROR” are less than<br />
5.0 meters (16.4 feet), PA<br />
changes to ‘H.’<br />
When a differential GPS receiver<br />
is connected, PA is<br />
normally ‘H.’ However, if the<br />
values of “LAT ERROR” and<br />
“LON ERROR” are more<br />
than 15.0 meters (49.2 feet),<br />
PA changes to ‘L.’
