(XX) Nondenominational middle school, new<br />

(YY) Wagner Free Institute <strong>of</strong> Science, infrastructure<br />
improvements and renovations<br />
(ZZ) Wistar Institute, design and construction <strong>of</strong><br />
biomedical laboratories and related exterior<br />
facade renovations<br />
(AAA) Land acquisition, site preparation, related<br />
infrastructure improvements, including<br />
transportation access and new construction <strong>of</strong><br />
terminal facilities for the operation <strong>of</strong> a fresh food<br />
distribution center in Philadelphia<br />
(BBB) Greater Germantown Housing Development<br />
Corporation<br />
(CCC) East Falls Development Corporation<br />
(DDD) Hope Partnership for Education, land<br />
acquisition and construction <strong>of</strong> a Middle School<br />
and Adult Education Center<br />
(EEE) Renovations to the Women’s Alternative<br />
Center<br />
(FFF) South Street lighting and streetscape<br />
improvements, from Front Street to 8th Street<br />
(GGG) Inglis Foundation, for renovations and<br />
necessary upgrades at its facilities located at 2600<br />
Belmont Avenue<br />
(HHH) Trinity Center for Urban Life, shelter<br />
renovation project<br />
(III) Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis Center. This project<br />
shall be construed as a supplement to the project<br />
authorized in section 6(5 1)(i)(RRRR) <strong>of</strong> the act <strong>of</strong><br />
October 30, 2002 (P.L.891, No.131), known as<br />
the <strong>Capital</strong> <strong>Budget</strong> <strong>Project</strong> <strong>Itemization</strong> <strong>Act</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
