successors or assigns for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and to be<br />

financed from current revenues <strong>of</strong> the State Stores Fund are hereby itemized,<br />

(v) Eliza Furnace Trail and Smithfield Street Bridge<br />

(A) Design, engineering and construction <strong>of</strong> a<br />

pedestrian switchback ramp connecting the Eliza<br />

Furnace Trail and the Smithfield Street bridge 3,000,000<br />

(vi) West End Bridge
