(i) Improvement <strong>of</strong> railroad clearances between Wilkes-<br />
Barre and the Port <strong>of</strong> Novolog, Bucks County 3,500,000<br />
(23) Bethlehem Commerce Center Railroad Facilities<br />
(i) Construct railroad storage tracks and access tracks to<br />
customer facilities within the Bethlehem Commerce<br />

(24) Valley Distributing and Storage Company<br />
(i) Rehabilitation and reconstruction <strong>of</strong> existing siding<br />
in Laflin and Jenkins Townships, Luzerne County, to<br />
include crosstie replacement, surfacing and other<br />
related work to handle inbound shipments and to<br />
allow for increase in the volume <strong>of</strong> rail freight<br />
business and provide a more efficient and safer rail<br />

(i) Improvements to the former Penn Central Octoraro<br />
