construction associated with the development <strong>of</strong> a<br />

(E) Carnegie, restoration and revitalization <strong>of</strong> the’<br />

Andrew Carnegie Library to be used as a cultural<br />

community center for Chartiers Valley<br />

(G) Lincoln Larimer redevelopment, East Liberty,<br />
