(m) State Stores Fund current revenue projects.—The total authorization<br />
for the capital projects in the category <strong>of</strong> public improvement projects<br />
itemized in section 15 and to be developed by the Department <strong>of</strong> General<br />
Services, its successors or assigns for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board<br />
and to be financed from the current revenues <strong>of</strong> the State Stores.Fundisha1Lbe~<br />

(n) Public highway projects.—The total authorization for the capital<br />
projects in the category <strong>of</strong> public highway projects itemized in section 16 and<br />
to be constructed by the Department <strong>of</strong> Transportation, its successors or<br />
assigns and to be financed from current revenues <strong>of</strong> the Motor License Fund<br />
shall be $209,425,000.<br />
(o) State forestry bridge projects.—The total authorization for the capital<br />
projects itemized in section 16.1 to be constructed by the Department <strong>of</strong><br />
Conservation and Natural Resources, its successors or assigns and to be<br />
financed by oil company franchise tax revenues pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.<br />
~ 9502(a)(2)(iv) (relating to imposition <strong>of</strong> tax) shall be $10,166,000.<br />
Section 3. <strong>Itemization</strong> <strong>of</strong> public improvement projects.<br />
Additional capital projects in the category <strong>of</strong> public improvement projects<br />
to be constructed or acquired by the Department <strong>of</strong> General Services, its<br />
successors or assigns and to be financed by the incurring <strong>of</strong> debt are hereby<br />
