spur on the RJ Corman Railroad near<br />
Westover, including switches, signals, rail, ties,<br />
ballast and other related railroad construction<br />
materials needed for creating an efficient loading<br />
site for unit trains <strong>of</strong> coal 2,200,000<br />
(Base <strong>Project</strong> Allocation - $2,000,000)<br />

(ii) Sunnyside Ethanol LLC<br />
(A) Rehabilitation and replacement <strong>of</strong> rail trackage<br />

development <strong>of</strong> new Linear Park and Urban<br />

(i) Allegheny Valley Commuter Rail<br />
(A) Improvements to existing rail lines and purchase<br />
<strong>of</strong> passenger train cars and engine to develop<br />
commuter rail from New Kensington to downtown<br />

(ii) Allegheny Valley Intermodal Center<br />
(A) Acquisition and development <strong>of</strong> an intermodal<br />
