(A) Monessen Riverfront Industrial Park, construct<br />

new rail spur, including switches, signals, ties,<br />

ballast, rail and other related railroad construction<br />

materials, from CSX and Wheeling and Lake Erie<br />

rail lines to serve the new Maronda, Inc., facility 550,000<br />

(B) Monessen Riverfront Industrial Park, reconstruct<br />

12th Street rail crossing to service CSX and<br />

Wheeling and Lake Erie Lines to serve the<br />

industrial park 450,000<br />

(33) Lackawanna County<br />

(i) Extension <strong>of</strong> Lackawanna County rail authority line<br />

in Dunmore 3,500,000<br />

(34) Clarion and Jefferson Counties<br />

(i) RFI Energy<br />

(A) Rehabilitation <strong>of</strong> 48 miles <strong>of</strong> rail line, install<br />

crossties, raise line and surface, Laurel<br />

subdivision and Sligo branch, including Shannon<br />

Coal Yard 2,000,000<br />

(35) United States Steel Corporation, Clairton Works<br />

(i) Rehabilitation and replacement <strong>of</strong> rail infrastructure<br />

to maintain capacity and operating capability,<br />

including replacement <strong>of</strong> deteriorating ballast, rail,<br />

ties, switches and turnouts and the reconstruction <strong>of</strong><br />

culverts and ditches. Enhance existing bridges and<br />

load out tracks to accommodate heavier cars,<br />

increased loading frequency and upgrade rail rating<br />

from 115 pounds to 136 pounds. 5,020,000<br />
