SESSION OF <strong>2004</strong> <strong>Act</strong> <strong>2004</strong>-40 427<br />
the State Treasurer shall pay to the Department <strong>of</strong> Transportation the moneys<br />
as required and certified by it to be legally due and payable.<br />
(b) Furniture and equipment.—The net proceeds <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the<br />
obligations authorized in this act are hereby appropriated from the <strong>Capital</strong><br />
Facilities Fund to the Department <strong>of</strong> General Services in the maximum<br />
amount <strong>of</strong> $135,024,000 to be used by it exclusively to defray the financial<br />
cost <strong>of</strong> the public improvement projects consisting <strong>of</strong> the acquisition <strong>of</strong><br />
original movable furniture and equipment specifically itemized in a capital<br />
budget. After reserving or paying the expenses <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the obligation,<br />
the State Treasurer shall pay to the Department <strong>of</strong> General Services the<br />
moneys as required and certified by it to be legally due and payable.<br />
(c) Transportation assistance.—The net proceeds <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the<br />
obligations authorized in this act are hereby appropriated from the <strong>Capital</strong><br />
Facilities Fund to the Department <strong>of</strong> Transportation in the maximum amount<br />
<strong>of</strong> $1,772,370,000 to be used by it exclusively to defray the financial cost <strong>of</strong><br />
the transportation assistance projects specifically itemized in a capital<br />
budget. After reserving or paying the expense <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the obligation,<br />
the State Treasurer shall pay to the Department <strong>of</strong> Transportation the moneys<br />
as required and certified by it to be legally due and payable.<br />
(d) Redevelopment assistance.—The net proceeds <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the<br />
obligations authorized in this act are hereby appropriated from the <strong>Capital</strong><br />
Facilities Fund to the Department <strong>of</strong> Community and Economic Development<br />
in the maximum amount <strong>of</strong> $6,861,226,000 to be used by it exclusively to<br />
defray the financial cost <strong>of</strong> the redevelopment assistance and redevelopment<br />
assistance capital projects specifically itemized in a capital budget. After<br />
reserving or paying the expenses <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the obligation, the State<br />
Treasurer shall pay to the Department <strong>of</strong> Community and Economic<br />
Development the moneys as required and certified by it to be legally due and<br />
payable.<br />
(e) Flood control.—The net proceeds <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the obligations<br />
authorized in this act are hereby appropriated from the <strong>Capital</strong> Facilities<br />
Fund to the Department <strong>of</strong> Environmental Protection in the maximum amount<br />
<strong>of</strong> $42,944,000 to be used by it exclusively to defray the financial cost <strong>of</strong> the<br />
flood control projects specifically itemized in a capital budget. After<br />
reserving or paying the expense <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the obligation, the State<br />
Treasurer shall pay to the Department <strong>of</strong> Environmental Protection the<br />
moneys as required and certified by it to be legally due and payable.<br />
(1) Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission projects.—The net proceeds<br />
<strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the obligations authorized in this act are hereby appropriated<br />
from the <strong>Capital</strong> Facilities Fund to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat<br />
Commission in the maximum amount <strong>of</strong> $44,675,000 to be used by it<br />
exclusively to defray the financial cost <strong>of</strong> the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat<br />
Commission projects specifically itemized in a capital budget. After<br />
reserving or paying the expense <strong>of</strong> the sale <strong>of</strong> the obligation, the State<br />
Treasurer shall pay to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission the<br />
moneys as required and certified by it to be legally due and payable.
