(4) Delaware and Hudson Railway Company<br />
(i) Construct an additional two-mile passing siding on<br />
the Delaware and Hudson Railway in Lackawanna<br />
County between Scranton and the New York State<br />
line to facilitate increased rail traffic from the Port <strong>of</strong><br />
Philadelphia to Canada, including signals, switches,<br />
rail, ballast, ties and other related rail infrastructure 2,750,000<br />
(Base <strong>Project</strong> Allocation - $2,500,000)<br />
(Design and Contingencies - $250,000)<br />
(ii) Rehabilitate and construct a two-mile passing siding<br />
in Luzerne County between Sunbury and Scranton on<br />
the Delaware and Hudson Railway to facilitate<br />
increased traffic from the Port <strong>of</strong> Philadelphia to<br />
Canada, including signals, switches, rail, ballast, ties<br />
and other related rail infrastructure 2,750,000<br />
(Base <strong>Project</strong> Allocation - $2,500,000)<br />
(Design and Contingencies - $250,000)<br />
(iii) Rehabilitation <strong>of</strong> Delaware and Hudson main line<br />
in Luzerne County from MP 688 to MP 713,<br />
including ballast undercuts and replacement <strong>of</strong> ties<br />
and worn rail 1,084,000<br />
(Base <strong>Project</strong> Allocation - $985,000)<br />
(Design and Contingencies - $99,000)<br />
(iv) Rehabilitate and construct facility village<br />
intermodal facility in Luzeme County at Avoca for<br />
transloading various customer commodities at a former<br />
brownfield 2,200,000<br />
(Base <strong>Project</strong> Allocation - $2,000,000)<br />
(Design and Contingencies - $200,000)<br />
(v) Construction and rehabilitation <strong>of</strong> rail transportation<br />
control systems along the Delaware and Hudson<br />
rights-<strong>of</strong>-way from Sunbury to State line to improve<br />
communications system and safety for handling<br />
increased traffic from the Port <strong>of</strong> Philadelphia 5,500,000<br />
(Base <strong>Project</strong> Allocation - $5,000,000)<br />

(vi) Rehabilitation <strong>of</strong> existing track and construction <strong>of</strong><br />
new track to service bulk handling facility module in<br />
Lackawanna County, including new switching<br />
timbers, turnouts, track upgrade, including, but not<br />
limited to, track infrastructure materials, grading,<br />
filing, drainage, lighting, fencing and other<br />
associated improvements 495,000<br />
