project authorized in section 6(1)(i)(B) <strong>of</strong> the act <strong>of</strong><br />

October 30, 2002 (P.L.891, No.13 1), known as the <strong>Capital</strong><br />

<strong>Budget</strong> <strong>Project</strong> <strong>Itemization</strong> <strong>Act</strong> <strong>of</strong> 2001-2002. 10,000,000<br />

(ii) Borough <strong>of</strong> Gettysburg<br />

(A) Construction, rehabilitation and improvement <strong>of</strong><br />

the Majestic Theatre 12,000,000<br />

(B) Construction and development <strong>of</strong> the Music<br />

Shed at Gettysburg 2,000,000<br />

(C) Redevelopment <strong>of</strong> a blighted one-block area <strong>of</strong><br />

Downtown Gettysburg just north <strong>of</strong> the CSX Rail<br />

tracks between Carlisle Street and Stratton Street,<br />

including planning, engineering, property<br />

acquisition, demolition, remediation,<br />

infrastructure improvements and site development 3,000,000<br />

(i) City <strong>of</strong> Pittsburgh<br />

(A) Acquisition, construction and rehabilitation <strong>of</strong><br />

properties as part <strong>of</strong> the Garden Square North<br />

Development <strong>Project</strong> within a Keystone<br />

Opportunity Zone 2,000,000<br />

(B) Acquisition and construction <strong>of</strong> the Centre<br />

Avenue mixed-use development project in the Hill<br />

District 1,500,000<br />

(C) Acquisition, construction and rehabilitation <strong>of</strong> an<br />

educationfacility, gallery space and improvements<br />

to the Mattress Factory Museum 844,000<br />

(D) Development <strong>of</strong> a recreation and tourism facility<br />

as part <strong>of</strong> the South Shore Riverfront Park<br />

development 3,500,000<br />

(E) Construction <strong>of</strong> a new CommunityfRecreation<br />

Center, 31st Ward, City <strong>of</strong> Pittsburgh 1,000,000<br />

(F) Grant Street Transportation Center, construction<br />

<strong>of</strong> an intermodal transportation facility in<br />

downtown Pittsburgh 4,000,000<br />

(G) SouthSide Works Parking Garages, construction<br />

<strong>of</strong> two parking garages to support mixed-use<br />

redevelopment at the former LTV SouthSide<br />

(H) Washington Boulevard, below the Veteran’s<br />

Hospital, preparation <strong>of</strong> sites for <strong>of</strong>fice<br />

development on a 15-acre parcel owned by the<br />
