Indoor Cycling is a group exercise class performed on<br />

stationary bikes. An outdoor ride is simulated; students travel<br />

on flat roads, climb hills, sprint, and race. The workout is nonimpact<br />

This class will burn calories, improve endurance, strengthen<br />

and wellness including nutrition, weight management, stress<br />

management, healthy lifestyles, body composition, and rest<br />
