8. In the Username field, enter the username for the account used to open the application. For example,
to ensure the administrator account always has access to applications, enter the administrator account
username.
You only need to enter the first eight characters of the short username in the Username field. For example,
if the short username is “administrator”, type “administ”.
9. Click Save.
