5.7.6 Washer fluid level check (6)<br />

The washing fluid tank (A) is located on the right side of the machine<br />

behind the cabin.<br />

Always ensure that the tank has a sufficient level of fluid. Add<br />

washer fluid in the water. Ensure that the fluid does not freeze<br />

during the cold season.<br />

5.7.7 Lubrication (7)<br />

Lubricate all grease nipples with a grease gun.<br />

► Clean the grease nipples and the tip of the grease gun.<br />

► Press the tip of the grease gun perpendicular to the grease nipple, and apply<br />

a suitable amount of lubricant. The articulated shaft universal joints should<br />

be lubricated until the lubricant is visible underneath all the joint cup seals.<br />

Lubricate all lubrication points:<br />

1. Front lifter 5 nipples<br />

2. Driving and brake pedal Oil (with an oil can)<br />

3. Door and hatch hinges and locks 8 nipples<br />

4. Rear axles 6 nipples (2WD) 8 nipples (4WD)<br />

5. Tipping platform hinges 2 nipples<br />

► Lubricate all sliding surfaces that do not have a grease nipple using a highquality<br />

well‐penetrating spray lubricant and/or graphite‐based grease.<br />
