Also carry out maintenance items 1‐21.<br />

5.11.1 Air conditioning maintenance (accessory) (23)<br />

Check the air conditioning function. When it comes to air conditioning<br />

repairs and fluid filling, contact an authorised service workshop.<br />

The adding of air conditioning coolant/the checking and adding of<br />

lubricant must be done every 3 years in an authorised service workshop.<br />

5.11.2 Hydraulic oil change and tank cleaning (24)<br />

Draining:<br />

► Warm up the hydraulic oil by loading the hydraulics system.<br />

► Lower the front lifter down and turn off the engine.<br />

► Open the plug (A) on the bottom of the tank and drain the old oil into a<br />

container.<br />

► Install the drain plug (A). If you use Teflon tape for sealing, make sure that<br />

tape pieces are not carried into the tank.<br />

Ensure that waste oil is disposed of appropriately.<br />

Filling:<br />

► Fill the tank with recommended oil up to the middle of the sight glass<br />

provided in the tank through the filler neck (B) underneath the bonnet.<br />

► Run the engine for a moment while raising and lowering the front lifter, for<br />

example.<br />

► Turn off the engine and recheck the oil level from the sight glass.<br />

► Add oil if necessary.<br />

5.11.3 Fuel tank cleaning (25)<br />

It is recommended always to clean the fuel tank before winter. This<br />

helps to prevent fuel system problems caused by water.<br />

The best way to prevent the formation of condensation water is always<br />

to keep the tank as full as possible, for example, by topping up the tank<br />

at the end of the day.<br />
