6.3 Service memo<br />
Always remember to write down completed service in the appropriate<br />
place in the service memo.<br />
In the tables<br />
The operating hours listed under periodic maintenance are the current<br />
readings for the machine’s operating hour counter.<br />
Also remember to complete the 10‐hour and 50‐hour service and the 2‐<br />
year service on time.<br />

Timely and correct maintenance is a prerequisite for keeping your<br />
warranty in effect. The periodic maintenance item table; See 5.5.1 /<br />
p.45.<br />
Copy the table and mark all performed maintenance procedures in it.<br />
Give a copy to the customer when necessary or attach it to the<br />
machine’s documentation.<br />

10‐hour service/daily inspections and lubrication<br />
Perform the 10‐hour service/inspection daily and together with all periodic maintenance!<br />
The inspections and lubrication points can be found in the maintenance table.<br />

Perform the daily inspections and lubrication regularly to ensure a long and effective operating life for your<br />
machine.<br />
125 h service/every 125 h/min. once a week Service done<br />
Complete this service at 125‐hour intervals, or at least once a<br />
week, together with the 10‐hour service items.<br />
When the machine’s hour counter shows 125 hours, complete<br />
the 10 and 125 hour service and the items marked with O in the<br />
125‐hour column.<br />
The work to be completed can be found in the maintenance<br />
table.<br />

This service is essential for the continued reliability of a new<br />
machine!<br />
