5.10 Maintenance every 500 operating hours<br />
Also carry out maintenance items 1–19.<br />
5.10.1 Hydraulic oil return filter replacement (21)<br />
The hydraulics return filter element must be changed according to the<br />
maintenance interval table or immediately if the indicator (A)<br />
illuminates.<br />

The hydraulics return filter is located on the left side of the machine on<br />
top of the hydraulic oil tank.<br />
Filter replacement:<br />
► Turn off the engine.<br />
► Remove the screws (B, 3 pcs) on the cover of the return filter.<br />
► Lift the used filter element out of the filter chamber (C).<br />
► Clean all parts and seal surfaces carefully.<br />
► Install a new filter element and O ring seals.<br />
► Install the filter cover in position. Tighten the fasteners carefully.<br />
► Start the engine and check for possible leaks.<br />
5.10.2 Drive pump filter replacement (22)<br />
The drive pump filter is changed from underneath the machine.<br />
The filter is located behind the drive pump on the front side of the<br />
engine.<br />
The engine must not be running when replacing the filter!<br />
► Drive the machine onto a maintenance ramp and lift the maintenance ramp<br />
to a suitable height.<br />

► Remove the filter (A) by rotating it open.<br />
► Lubricate the seal of the new filter with fresh clean oil and rotate it into<br />
position.<br />
► Tighten by hand by approximately half a turn when the seal face makes<br />
contact.<br />
► Start the engine and check for filter tightness.<br />
