Grand Bend Sewer Treatment Plant Costs
RECOMMENDATION:

REPORT
At the January 28, 2013 Council meeting the following resolution was passed:
13-0128-25
That staff provide a full accounting of the $1.56 million expenditure for
engineering services in relation to the (1) EAs, and (2) Grand Bend Sewage
Treatment Facility by the end of February. This report will include, but not limited
to, the following information:
Date of Payment, Recipient, Amount Paid; and Purpose of the payment in
sufficient detail to distinguish it from other payments; and further that if payment
is made or more than one item on a cheque, the division of the money should be
clearly enumerated.
Staff has prepared the requested information and expanded on the information showing
the grant allocation as well as the net cost shared with the partner municipalities. The
format basically follows that of what is required for our granting purposes.
If there are specific questions that Council may have, myself or Brent Kittmer, Director
of Community Services can provide clarification for you.
