That TR Report No. 20-2013 be received and that staff prepare a
further report on establishing a “Frequency Reduced Environmental
Enclave” or “Beige Zone” for Port Franks.

TR Report No. 21-2013 was dealt with during the delegate portion of the meeting.
4.3 TR Report No. 23-2013 – Re: C.A.O. Search Consultant
The Acting C.A.O. / Treasurer Janet Ferguson presented the three submissions
received in response to the request for proposals from consultants to assist Council with
filling the C.A.O. positions on a permanent basis.

That the request for proposal submitted by Nigel Bellchamber for
assistance in filling the position of C.A.O. be accepted.

4.4 TR Report No. 24-2013 – Re: Forest Legion Generator
The methodology in purchasing and installing a generator at the Forest Legion was
outlined in TR Report No. 24-2013. The Forest Legion is considered to be an
evacuation and/or warming centre for the Forest area as noted in the Lambton Shores
Emergency Plan.

That Council support the installation of an emergency generator at
the Forest Legion as outlined in Treasurer’s Report No. 24-2013.

4.5 CL Report No. 16-2013 – Re: Education and Training Session
As it was getting late in the meeting the question of postponing discussion on CL Report
No. 16-2013 was discussed.
