Minutes of the February 19, 2013 Council Meeting
Along with the feasibility of recording Councillor votes, other topics discussed by
Council were as follows:
1. Amending a Motion of a decided matter without having to have a reconsideration;
2. Answering questions from residents;
3. Rise and Report;
4. Conflict of Interest;
5. Minutes; and
6. Meeting times.

That future Council meeting minutes be recorded without note or
comment.

That a personal statement is made only under Councillor Reports
unless it is a statement made by the chair regarding the efficiency
and the effectiveness of conducting meeting or on a Councillor’s
point of personal privilege

minutes posted on the Municipal website be upheld.

Prior to opening up the meeting to questions for clarification Mayor Weber noted that a
Wind Symposium was being held in Wainfleet and as no member of Council could
attend it would be requested that a report on the symposium be forwarded to Council for
review.

February 22nd.
