Countering Domestic Violence
Description: Countering Domestic Violence, a program of Mid Central Community
Action, provides emergency domestic violence shelter for women and children at Neville
House. Please see separate listing "Countering Domestic Violence."

Mayors Manor
Description: Permanent housing with supportive services for eligible adults (individuals
who are homeless, have a disability, and/or have low incomes.) Tenants participate in
regular case management sessions to work on goals toward self-sufficiency, receive life
skills training, and are referred to other social services in the community as needed.
Fees: Rent varies by income on select units. All utilities are included in the rent with the
exception of phone and cable.

Transitional Housing Program
Description: Homeless individuals and families are provided with housing for up to two
years while participating in bi-weekly case management services. Applicants must be
working full-time or attending school and working at least part-time. Tenants pay 30% of
their net income and are expected to work on goals toward self-sufficiency. Successful
completion of the program results in increased financial stability and up to $1,000 of paid
rental fees reimbursed to the tenant.

Other Languages: Spanish and others by interpreters.
Fees: No Fee. The only fee-based service is the Batterer Intervention Program.
