Services<br />

Countering Domestic Violence<br />

Description: Countering Domestic Violence, a program of Mid Central Community<br />

Action, provides emergency domestic violence shelter for women and children at Neville<br />

House. Please see separate listing "Countering Domestic Violence."<br />

Mayors Manor<br />

Description: Permanent housing with supportive services for eligible adults (individuals<br />

who are homeless, have a disability, and/or have low incomes.) Tenants participate in<br />

regular case management sessions to work on goals toward self-sufficiency, receive life<br />

skills training, and are referred to other social services in the community as needed.<br />

Fees: Rent varies by income on select units. All utilities are included in the rent with the<br />

exception of phone and cable.<br />

Transitional Housing Program<br />

Description: Homeless individuals and families are provided with housing for up to two<br />

years while participating in bi-weekly case management services. Applicants must be<br />

working full-time or attending school and working at least part-time. Tenants pay 30% of<br />

their net income and are expected to work on goals toward self-sufficiency. Successful<br />

completion of the program results in increased financial stability and up to $1,000 of paid<br />

rental fees reimbursed to the tenant.<br />
