Services
Description: The Peoria Rescue Mission exists to reach homeless and needy men with
the gospel of Jesus Christ, while providing for their physical needs with food, clothing
and shelter. In a clean and well-maintained atmosphere, men who are willing to abide by
the structured rules are always welcome.
Esther House
Description: Esther House is a long term residential facility for women and women with
children providing assistance to residents in acquiring the educational and vocational
skills necessary to become functioning members of society.
Each resident develops an individual plan which will prepare them to become a
committed follower of Jesus Christ and a functioning community member. Each resident
is required to acquire educational and vocational skills, which will prepare her to be
gainfully employed and self-sufficient. She will be required to contribute to the domestic
responsibilities within the residence so that when she is on her own, she will be able to
maintain a home proficiently.
