Group Home / Transitional Living Progam (TLP)<br />
Description: The Group Home provides residential services for young men between the<br />
ages of 16 and 21. Transitional living services include employment related services,<br />
laundry, cooking, and maintaining their personal space appropriately. These boys receive<br />
10-15 hours of Case Management Services weekly.<br />

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES<br />
Description: Therapeutic boarding school for adolescent males, 12-18 years of age.<br />
Short-term (4-6 mths) and long-term (12-18 mths) programs available. Provides weekly<br />
therapy, computer-based school program, sports, vocational and horse programs.<br />
Salem4youth deals with a wide range of mental health issues, substance abuse issues<br />
(not a detox facility), truancy, and family issues. They do not accept sex offenders, violent<br />
offenders, or spectrum-disordered youth. They work with all types of family structures.<br />
Documents Needed: Birth certificate, social security card, immunization record.<br />
Fees: Non-profit, private pay. Sliding scale tuition, based on family income. Does not<br />
accept states funding sources.<br />
