Hard Lens Order
• The redesigned Soft Lens Order window now contains all of the information
for the Rx prescription and lens order in one window instead of in two tabs in
the window.
NOTES • Use the scroll bar on the right side of the window to scroll to
the bottom of the window and see all of the information in the
window.
• To record the Rx using the blue slider bar, click the plus sign
(+) in the green circle or simply click your cursor in the OD
and OS measurement text boxes.To hide the blue slider bar,
click the minus sign (-) in the green circle.
• Click Special Lab Instructions to add special instructions
for the lab to the soft lens order. A checkmark appears next
to the button after you save the special instructions to
indicate that they are recorded.
• Click Rx Notes to add notes that will print on the Rx and
notes for internal use. A checkmark appears next to the
button after you save the Rx notes to indicate that they are
recorded.
• Select a reason from the VSP Contact Lens Reason
drop-down menu if the order is a VSP order.
• The Elective CL and Non-Elective CL check boxes have
been removed because they are no longer necessary.
