<strong>OfficeMate</strong> <strong>10.5</strong> <strong>Enhancements</strong><br />
Preferences<br />
• Ability to set up a preference on the Patient tab (Use Patient Center) to<br />
choose whether or not the Patient Center window opens before the Patient<br />
Demographic window when accessing a patient record.<br />
NOTE • The default selection for this preference for new users and<br />
users upgrading from <strong>OfficeMate</strong> v8 is No. The default<br />
selection for this preference for users upgrading from<br />
<strong>OfficeMate</strong> Enterprise v2 and <strong>OfficeMate</strong> v9/v10 is Yes.<br />
• You must close and reopen <strong>OfficeMate</strong> Administration and<br />
<strong>OfficeMate</strong> in order to see any changes caused by<br />
modifying this preference setting.<br />
Finance Tab<br />
• A new Finance tab contains finance-related preferences that were on the<br />
Other tab, in addition to a few new finance-related preferences.<br />
• Ability to set up a preference on the new Finance tab (Pop-Up Copay/<br />
Eligibility information on Fee Slip) to automatically open the Eligibility/<br />
<strong>OfficeMate</strong> <strong>10.5</strong> <strong>Enhancements</strong> 27
