Data Menu
The Data menu enables to manage or export data from your chart.

Sort selected boxes.
Export data from your chart to Excel or the
Clipboard.
Export data from your chart to an FTP site or a
file server.
Re-import data from the underlying data source.
Modify parameters set during the import process.
These parameters are used when you Refresh
Data.
Add, delete, or modify the fields in the current
project.
Add, delete, or modify constants that can be
referenced throughout the project.
Insert photos into boxes in your chart using a
wizard.
Automatically recalculate all formulas each time
the chart is changed.
If automatic recalculation is turned off, select this
option to update all calculated fields.

The Chart menu contains the following commands that affect the size and
appearance of your chart.
