Der November<br />
– das Fest des jungen Weines<br />
Am 11. November um 11 Uhr werden traditionell die St. Martinsweine<br />
geöffnet, die ersten Weine des neuen Jahrganges. Es sind<br />
frische und fruchtige Weine, die nur einige Wochen reiften. Der St.<br />
Martinswein ist seit der Zeit des Kaisers Josef II. bekannt und ist bis<br />
heute sehr beliebt. Zum erlesenen St. Martinswein bereitet das<br />
Kochteam vom <strong>Grandhotel</strong> <strong>Pupp</strong> ein Gänseschmaus vor.<br />
Am Donnerstag, den 15. November werden die ersten Flaschen<br />
von Beaujolais Nouveau entkorkt. Die Tradition des französischen<br />
jungen Weines entstand im Jahre 1951. Er wird ausschließlich aus<br />
der Sorte Gamay erzeugt, die leichte frische Weine gibt. Der<br />
Einladung zur Kostprobe im Grandrestaurant können Sie sicher<br />
nicht widerstehen, zumal sie von den Spezialitäten der französischen<br />
Küche begleitet wird.<br />

– the Day of Young Wine<br />
St. Martin wines, the first wines of a new vintage, are traditionally<br />
opened on 11th November at 11 a.m. These wines are fresh and<br />
fruity which have been ripening for only a few weeks. St. Martin<br />
wine has been famous since Emperor Joseph II´s days and keeps<br />
enjoying popularity today. The team of cooks of the <strong>Grandhotel</strong><br />
<strong>Pupp</strong> prepares a goose feast to the select St. Martin wine.<br />
The first bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau will be uncorked on<br />
Thursday 15th November. The tradition of young French wine<br />
came into being in 1951. It is made from the variety Gamay which<br />
provides fresh light wines. You cannot resist an invitation to taste it<br />
in the Grandrestaurant, especially if it is accompanied by specialties<br />
of French cuisine.<br />
