As shown in Table 2, some of the priorities identified by the PDP <strong>for</strong> action were still<br />
on the list of priority issues identified the residents in the 2006 study. Curiously, some<br />
these issues were not covered by the actions undertaken within the PDP while some<br />
unidentified provisions were made by the project.<br />
Key Lessons<br />
This section presents key lessons from the field study on the actions conducted by the<br />
PDP, with each paragraph tackling an issue that is followed by a description of the<br />
approach <strong>and</strong>/or action adopted by the implementing agency following by the lesson<br />
that could be drawn regarding the implemented approach.<br />
