Here’s your opportunity to show off your ride to the rest of the world,
here we’ve got a mixture of both modded and standard bikes from
across the UK. A big thanks go out to TAG readers and members of
www.italjetdragster.com for sending in their pics.
Martin’s Runner VX125 in Southend.
“Pulls 80mph on the flat,” he says.
Standard apart from the sparkly paint job.
J’s Aprilia Area 51 is fitted
with a 70cc Hebo kit.
It’s now 15hp and goes
like a bitch. His next
project is a Runner 172.
Edgar Aguirre lives in Norfolk, Virginia,
USA. Here's a pic of his 43cc X1 midbike.
Modifications include dual front disc
brakes, carbon fibre fender and
heelplates, digital speedometer, and pipe.
Chris Thomas (aka ChrisT),
age 16 from Pontefract,
West Yorkshire sent in this
pic of his Runner 50.
It’s bog standard apart from
the custom paint job.
Chris from Germany sent in this pic of his Dragster.
Mark from Glasgow reckons he’s
got a £1400 bargain on this GT200.
He’s been into bikes and this is
his first scoot. Only mods are Contitwist
tyres and PM Tuning exhaust
– both highly recommended.
His other bike is a YZF750.
Christina (57) from
Garmouth, Scotland,
passed her bike test
recently and bought a new
Suzuki Burgman 400 K5,
which she and husband
George (73) are both
enjoying. A new lease of life
has opened up for them.
Dan’s (aka Modaboy) Gilera Runner
180 and Gilera ICE in Leeds.
Michael Bellinger from Mitcham in
Surrey has a fully kitted NRG 70
and a PSN-tuned Typhoon 172.
Jezza’s Dragster
172 in Spain.
Seen here with
Renthal bars, a
PM55 exhaust, a
Ducati 916 rear
shock absorber
plus a few other
trick mods.
PIMPIN’ YOUR RIDE
Wanna see your pride and joy
gracing the pages of TAG?
Then why not send us some pics of it?
Preferred method is via email (preferably large, high resolution
files – so that they print better) to either editor@italjetdragster.com
or directly to us here: mauspencer@twistngo.com (it is worth
remembering that TAG’s automatic virus checking system may
well reject messages from hotmail accounts because of the
amount of spam and viruses they generate).
And don’t forget, when sending in your pics, tell us your name
(or nickname), your location (we don’t need your full address)
and a bit about your pride and joy. We can’t guarantee that
we’ll be able to print every machine, but we’ll do our best.
1. Submit your most recent pics if you have a modded scooter.
2. Please be aware that because we get sent hundreds of pics
there will inevitably be a time lapse before your pride and joy
gets in the mag.
3. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to publish every pic you
send, but we’ll do our best.
So what are you waiting for? Pimp YOUR Ride…
