MULTI-STAGE FIRE PUMPS
This section lists products approved in accordance with:
LPS 1131 Pumps for Automatic Sprinkler Installation. Pump Sets - Requirements and testing methods.
Firms listed in this section shall control and be responsible for the design, construction, testing and
performance of all fire pump sets incorporating their LPCB approved fire pumps.
All fire pump sets incorporating LPCB approved fire pumps shall conform to the LPC Rules for Automatic
Sprinkler Installations, or Rules specified in the contract, and shall be tested in accordance with the LPC
Sprinkler Rules.
Only LPCB approved fire pumps shall be used to comply with the LPC Rules for Automatic Sprinkler
Installations.
Pumps listed in this section are suitable for use in pump sets for high-rise and multi-storey buildings.
