During 2013 the UK Government issued a new requirement for all companies to produce a Strategic report, with specific requirements for quoted companies with listed ordinary shares. Although the Bank’s ordinary shares are not listed, the Bank has adopted these requirements which include a review of strategy and business model and the principal risks and uncertainties of the Bank.
