(d) The Committee can establish subcommittees for the three subsectors (<strong>Community</strong> <strong>Living</strong><br />
<strong>Services</strong>, Aboriginal <strong>Services</strong> and General <strong>Services</strong>) or for other purposes.<br />
(e) The Committee will meet every four months and other meetings can be called by mutual<br />
agreement.<br />
(f) Each side will pay their own expenses for activities related to the Committee.<br />

Re: Market Adjustment Premium<br />

<strong>Community</strong> Social <strong>Services</strong> Employers' Association (CSSEA)<br />
and<br />
<strong>Community</strong> Social <strong>Services</strong> Bargaining Association (CSSBA)<br />
CSSEA, at the request of the Employers or the Union Bargaining Association, will meet with the Union<br />
Bargaining Association to discuss the implementation of temporary market adjustments. Market<br />
adjustments will be in accordance with government policy in order to address competitive labour market<br />
pressures that are impacting the Employers' ability to attract and retain qualified staff and deliver social<br />
services. Any market adjustments will not be implemented unreasonably.<br />

Re: Sick Leave, Short-Term Illness and Injury Plan and Benefits Improvement Costs<br />
between<br />
<strong>Community</strong> Social <strong>Services</strong> Employers' Association (CSSEA)<br />
and<br />
<strong>Community</strong> Social <strong>Services</strong> Bargaining Association (CSSBA)<br />
The parties agree that the <strong>Community</strong> Social <strong>Services</strong> Sector Committee will oversee a study to evaluate<br />
the current sick leave provisions of the <strong>Collective</strong> <strong>Agreement</strong>, short-term illness and injury plans and<br />
benefit improvement costs.<br />
In order to conduct an effective study, the parties will share all available and appropriate information.<br />
This study will be concluded by the end of December, 2011.<br />
The parties may invite participation of additional representatives with technical expertise and may also<br />
obtain external advice. Where the parties mutually agree to obtain external advice any related costs will<br />
be shared equally.<br />

established by Government for the current collective bargaining.
