The need for new friends
and new interests may
be fulfilled, in part, by
becoming involved in one or
more of the activities, clubs, or
professional organizations on
campus. Fellowship, leadership
opportunities, fun, and
rewarding experiences come
from such memberships.
Combined with the formal
education on campus, these
become active early in their
