issues from cooperating companies.<br />
The project is completed and<br />
presented in groups or individually.<br />
Problem solving, critical thinking,<br />
leadership skills, teamwork<br />
and written and verbal communication<br />
skills are required. A wide<br />
range of communication techniques<br />
are applied <strong>to</strong> business<br />

NOTE: Cooperative Education<br />
in Facility Management<br />
These cooperative courses provide<br />
a parallel program where <strong>the</strong> student<br />
works half time while taking<br />
classes at <strong>Lawrence</strong> Technological<br />
University. It is possible <strong>to</strong> take<br />
two of <strong>the</strong>se courses in sequence<br />
during <strong>the</strong> summer semester. The<br />
completion of two courses is<br />
equivalent <strong>to</strong> one credit hour.<br />
Four co-op courses are required<br />
for <strong>the</strong> Bachelor of Facility<br />
