Under the Teeter Plan, the City is paid in full each year for the actual amount of property taxes levied, regardless of the amount of delinquencies. As delinquent property taxes are collected, they are kept by the County including any penalties and interest. After 1994, any differences between the total tax levy and total collections are due to tax roll adjustments made during the year.
