Calculation of Transaction Time (G2C, G2B, G2G)
This action includes the calculation of transaction time between citizens, businesses Public
Administration Bodies, with other Public Administration Bodies. Ti project will be
implemented for a number of critical transaction which concern services provided to
citizens and businesses and are provided both the electronic and classic way. This action
includes:

Measurement of Quantitative Data concerning Public Administration
This action concerns the recording of quantitative elements which are included in the
measurement framework for the measurement of the national strategic objectives
concerning eGovernment. These elements are:

Public Sector (Ministries, General Secretariats, Regions, First and Second level of
Local Authorities etc)
o Total Number of Public Administration’s Processes and Number of Public
Administration’s Processes that are fully traceable on the web
