1. The Executive Director <strong>of</strong> HMR was employed by Elevate East Lancashire, a housing market renewal pathfinder working in<br />
partnership across the whole <strong>of</strong> Pennine Lancashire. The Elevate programme was ended during the year and the post was<br />
terminated.<br />
2 From 1 st August 2010, the post <strong>of</strong> Chief Executive assumed responsibility for both <strong>Blackburn</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>Darwen</strong> <strong>Borough</strong> Council<br />
and <strong>Blackburn</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>Darwen</strong> Teaching Care Trust Plus, and 50% <strong>of</strong> the salary costs have been charged to the Care Trust<br />
Plus.
