CONTRACT SCOPE
Provide construction inspection and documentation services as a TWA contract employee for
Projects as assigned.
To include but not limited to:
Daily inspection and documentation of construction activities for conformance with the
contract documents.
The Contract Employee will provide the following:
Transportation
Cell phone and monthly usage
Personal safety equipment including hard hat, steel toed shoes, safety vest
Responsibility of TWA
Construction inspection office and utilities, telephone service, office furniture, office
supplies, computer, copy machine
COMPENSATION
The contract employee will be paid hourly at a rate of $ 36.27 for approved hours worked
on a bi‐weekly basis. The contract employee will not bill or be compensated during periods of
construction non‐activity.
The hourly rate will be amended by merit and/or cost of living adjustments, if any, approved by
the TWA Board of Supervisors for TWA’s employees to take effect on the date approved for
TWA’s employees.
